COMPATIBILITY

The GK21 is compatible with Les Paul LP / SG style guitars and many other 6-string electric guitars that use a stop-type tailpiece.

GK21 INSTALLATION:

1. Determine the position or placement of your guitar bridge.
2. From there, measure about 38mm - 44.5mm back and mark that spot for your stop bar. 
3. Make sure the stop bar is also centered on the neck, just like the bridge. 
4. Screw the stopbar and fix it into your guitar.

CARE TIPS:

1. Clean your guitar stopbar tailpiece regularly to remove dirt, grime, and residue. Use a soft cloth or a mild cleaning solution specifically designed for instrument maintenance. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish or components of the bridge.

2. Apply a small amount of lubricant, such as guitar or instrument-specific lubricant, to the moving parts of the stopbar, especially the studs. This helps to ensure smooth operation and prevent excess friction.

3. Periodically inspect your tune-o-matic stopbar for any loose or worn-out parts. Tighten any loose screws or bolts as necessary. If you notice significant wear or damage, consider contacting a professional guitar technician for repairs or replacements.

4. As much as possible, store your bass in a suitable case or controlled environment when not in use.
